Has anyone looked into how much demand Master Lease satisfies a month? How much demand will there be for these retrofit trucks?
Will they be leased or will they sit in the yard?
That seems key to this equation and how fast this company will get rolling.
How much money does EGOC have laying around?
Trucks aren't free, I don't think. The company has to generate cash flow in order to buy and refit.
It seems a good chunk of any revenue will be reinvested into growth, i.e. new equipment, trucks, manufacturing costs, etc. So I think the immediate success is dependent on how fast units can be put into operation. If moneys are invested in beater trucks and refit only to sit in the yard the company may suffer.
Does Master Lease have potential customers lined up for these trucks? Otherwise all these potential revenue numbers could be a let down for shareholders.
I would feel a lot more confident of short term success if Egoc had more offers on the table like the Middle East project. The CEO did say that there is more interest brewing, but nothing concrete as of yet. Its seems far more profitable to refit someone else's fleet, rather than buy our own. It almost feels like noone is willing to throw money at this product so EGOC has to buy it's own trucks to get the product on line. I think the next election could change whether or not companies even have to comply with the stricter EPA rules.
Either way I believe EGOC will grow and succeed. I just hope investors realize that the pie in the sky could be a little further off than tomorrow or next week. We are way undervalued, but that doesn't mean that there will necessarily be a price correction overnight. I think the last Revenue projections were realistic, but a lot of factors could slow the time frame down. What I'm getting at is the hype of "To da moon" may be a little premature. Our day is coming, but it might be a few more days than some hope. GO EGOC
