Jams, with all due respect, I deal with this stuff and a high level all the time. In no way should it take into 2012 to get the fins out. Cannot agree at all here.

i can't disagree with you more. This is absolutely not "normal" business practice. Things are not going well in terms of fins. They are so far over schedule, soooo late, so as to be ridiculous. It suggests to people, me for example, that the CE status is appropriate and the company is intentionally withholding fins.
