no generally - it is not acceptable, but i have seen this many times - over

it has always been for a variety of reasons too, and it is never just accounting, book keepers, auditors, management - it is the whole process, and people saying oh yeah, i'll look that over and not getting to it when they said they would...

2012 is stretching it. However, it still has not been 90 days since the last Q was submitted. We are still within a normal reporting grace period, assuming work started on this K directly after the last Q was submitted. My only issue is that when you are catching up to something you have to go faster than it is(submitting statements faster than they are coming due). This 10k has taken some time and I have already accepted that, I look to see those Q's pushed out in quick succession after 10k is submitted.

I think this 10k is the last major hurdle for this company on the paper side and I plan on seeing it through.

Hi Fangster, if I had the documents that required confirmation from SL Government and I was in SL, then the process would take 1 week and a few $ and it should be the same for Mr Tayyib, after all thats what he is there for. If you add 2 weeks for transportation then you would not be far out.
This is not an opinion but fact.

AMS must have had some sort of accounting problem for it to take this long and that is an opinion.

Hope that helps
