As i have exp supporting audits, and financial mgrs processing the documentation, etc. I have seen these things take a great deal of time. Sometimes it is the companies administration, data record keepers organization that holds things up, and other times it is accounting companies - they have more work than they have team members to process them as they are not always dedicated to just one client...
So there are many reasons that these things take time. I have no concerns what so ever, and sney has followed through on all other matters that they have set out to do so far this year, and things are very much on schedule.
JMHO - SNEY - is gonna be HUGE!!
