JPIG does not do anything now, all they need is "watch" the fight between Debtor,SNH and EC...Once the dust is settled ,We will hear their voice both FDIC and JPIG

One of the many articles posted over the last couple of days mentioned the GSA as having the SNHs as part of it. Was that a mistake or are the Hedgies part of the GSA?

I have heard it said here many times that the only way to really break the GSA is if one of the parties steps away. If the Hedgies are part of the GSA could they be using that as leverage to make JPM chip in? I would think the last thing JPM would want is the GSA to fall apart.

All of this is based on if the hedgies are part of the GSA which I don't have a clue
