They (HF's) were part of it but, stepped out after IT issues were raised.
They were not a separate group but, a part of Debtors party so even though they stepped out all three original parties are still there. (WMI JPM FDIC)

One of the many articles posted over the last couple of days mentioned the GSA as having the SNHs as part of it. Was that a mistake or are the Hedgies part of the GSA?

Hedgies were originally a party to the GSA, but after the IT acknowledgement in the Jan opinion,, The debtors had to expel them.
