I think that confidence is very high in the vaccine program , a very small scale animal experiment must of already taking place and the results were very good ,It may not have been HIV or Smallpox but what ever they used it worked , wouldn't it be great if it was a vaccine against herpes . What ever they tried it work so well they are willing to let a high level doctor try it out ,we should hear something on this smallpox trial in 90 days . JMHO
