Today's PR is an important one. An effective and reasonably priced smallpox vaccine would be given to everyone in the developed world. U of PA probably has enough govt. funding to move on this study quickly. The word is out that cheap, pure synthetic DNA is soon to be available for all kinds of vaccines.
Bio-tekkies, correct me if I'm wrong. It seems that there is no delivery issue with a vaccine as there is with a cancer or infection treatment. You inject the stuff, and you want the body's immune system to attack and destroy the antigen. Right?
Mind-numbing potential.
