Well the 8-k got me. The fact that there is no dilution is a very good thing. No reason for a company to dilute if they have sufficient revenue coming in. If they have sufficient revenue coming in then the merger has to take place. I just don't understand why it has been so delayed. It is way past July 4th and the labor day weekend!
Oh and by the way all the posters calling me a basher from my previous posts are wasting their time. My friends get on this alias and troll all the time. I have been the only one to post on TOFS. I am still holding TOFS because zecco screwed me when I was trying to flip. Some trading halt BS. I simply call it like I see it. The fact that there is no dilution is impressive and leaves me at peace now. If the delays keep occurring though me and my bag will be leaving!
