Well the 8-k got me. The fact that there is no dilution is a very good thing. No reason for a company to dilute if they have sufficient revenue coming in. If they have sufficient revenue coming in then the merger has to take place. I just don't understand why it has been so delayed. It is way past July 4th and the labor day weekend!

Its called building a business. Things take time, things change, others may delay, redo things, paperwork, mail, websites etc. its not easy. Specially now a days. And the merger PR is ready for the right time. CEO knows when to release it
