I have been picking them up at that level!

Still interested in getting to know more about who is in this...can only account for about 20% of the total float. Dr. Walker holds 50-51% of total shares (Total O/S 200.8 million)

I now hold 8 million!

Wish I'd NEVER heard of ONCO & not happy to be stuck here with a CEO who has NO CLUE about building shareholder value... ONCO appears to be like a Steeler's running game... grind it out agonizingly slowly on the ground 3-4 yards at a time.

IMHO ONCO will be lucky to ever see a nickel with Dr. Bill at the helm... unless revenues suddenly begin to soar and draw LOOKS at ONCO from those who will (otherwise) NEVER HEAR of it! Doubtful & this is NOT a sexy business with unlimited demand.

As a legacy builder, the good doctor is totally inept unless the mere existence of the company is sufficient!

Luckily I do not own his "112 millions" of shares... his heirs will have ONLY A SMALL WINDFALL well under a half million dollars ($336K) to thank him for (at today's PPS) when he's gone!

Hey, Doctor Bill... a perspective: Every PENNY you add to ONCO's PPS is a little over a MILLION for your GRANDCHILDREN! Those pennies come slowly from increasing visibility of the company & its earnings so (over seventy) you MIGHT want to think about getting started! tic toc!

Best case scenario: There is a SECRET PLAN in the doc's bag of tricks to SELL ONCO to some larger healthcare entity (for a quarter plus) when the doc decides to retire! (good luck with that)
