Compass....the prior attorney for ONCO holds a major portion of the shares. And he will control PPS and sells at low levels from time to time. Dr. Walker fired him, but the guy still holds a major hold over the company's share price. I forgot his name...sorry to say, but that is where the balance of the unknown shares sit today.
