An acquaintance of mine who had a few years experience as a trader for some firm in stamford ( I believe) told me that the "accumulation" we saw at .33 looked like a rigged short position be accrued. From what he told me, even institutions cant keep the price in check if they are actually "accumulating" a long position. Another thing he told me is that institutional investors almost never take a stake in an otc stock anymore. Enough of them got burned when the bubble blew and they've learned their lessons/

MH..that is also how I see it. Those shares were "accuumulated" strictly as short fodder. The retracement of more that 50% was a pretty good profit for them. AND I believe that edig condons it as long as they are kept in business by these friendly investors. The whole thing is a scam.. Shareholders need to react very stromgly to this..
