INTC will only be willing to pay about
$4 to $4.5B for IDCC, the questions is IDCC willing to sale
for that price, market has its doubts, I am out, waiting for
more news, but the risk of no deal or $4.5 billion deal
is very high now, All IMO.

If IDCC is really interested in merging with INTC or accepting a buyout from Intel,it is undoubtedly the best fit.

Hopefully they will find a way to work this out..

If we are allowed to keep the shares of INTC[in case of a stock swap],I would definitely hang on to INTC for awhile longer.
