Here is basic price rules for known auction
style sales. The deal will be done on weekends
and news on Mondays, the Friday's trading volume
will increase with big volume right before the
Monday's news, if it is good news, Friday the
stock will be up $1 to $2, and the deal may be
done 10 to 15% premium to friday's price. I am
waiting for the secord run bid due day, add
one more week to that for the deal news, and watching
the stock price, if it still trading belowe $70
right before the news, I am pretty sure if there
is a deal, it will be around $80. If the deal is
$100+, you can bet the stock price will be $80+
when the deal is near. Good luck longs! Just
watch the stock action, market is right most of
the time, ALL IMO.
