Do you KNOW with 100% certainty that the deal will close?

If so, please provide support for such a claim.

We are getting $100 million / year in revenues.

Maybe, but at what % profit?
IWEB storage will CERTAINLY be a liability against any profits Promark might record.

Anyone else have an opinion of what "the day after" deal close will look like?

What's the point of blindly speculating?
We don't know the profitability of the post-merger company nor do we know the # of shares that will exist post-merger.

If everybody expected the merger to close with revenues and a reasonable share structure, the PPS would not be where it is.

The reality is that much of what IWEB (Signorello) has forecasted over the company's history has NEVER come to pass.
