Bulls, Bears weigh in: WHEN the deal closes...

First, let's suspend debate on IF it will close OR WHEN it will close.

It's some date in the future and the 7:30am PR headline reads "IceWEB / Promark deal closed..."

Where does it open -- price-wise? (I realize the deal "terms" are key to the answer, so you are welcome to add them to your price justification.)

The key here is imagining it's the "morning after" deal closing and A LOT of the concerns are gone. The only thing left would be the terms. (I think they'll be very good, obviously.)

I think we trade in the 40s -- easily -- because the dilution will be very reasonable. (We are getting $100 million / year in revenues.) The formula (revs x multiple) / shares is what I used to get 40s to start and then we should blow past 47 (the high from a while back) soon (maybe same day).

Anyone else have an opinion of what "the day after" deal close will look like?
