This so called "non issue" just cost the company their most significant and REQUIRED financing... seems pretty important to me. They spent most of the year putting it together and the filings state this $$$ is REQUIRED to move forward with the mine... but what do i know

the fact remains that SFMI is still fully reporting.

This is not the point, there are fully reporting pink sheet companies as well... Being fully reporting does not instantly place you on a higher exchange.

PS: So many times people have claimed im wrong on this thread, only to find out over time that i was right, or closer to the facts than others.
