The (non) issue is that the letter from the SEC telling SFMI that the OTCQX is not an exchange so thus have to be on the OTCBB (which is recognized as a part of NASDAQ). So even though the MM's pulled over 3000 companies off the OTCBB and stuck them on the OTCQX (for their own reasons), the fact remains that SFMI is still fully reporting.

Non event since sfmi is still successfully funding it's operations as they have been doing for the mill build up. Funding becomes easier as gold is produced in growing quantities.
