My opinion on calling CEO Mr. Swank:

In calling a CEO one has to ask the right questions and have them prepared. One can tell alot by a CEO's reaction. Get a feel for the CEO, make multiple calls maybe monthly, establish a repoir with the CEO.

Yes they are sales people and should be taken as so. It is up to oneself to how much faith they put into what the CEO says. I've had CEO's hang up me (if that happens I recommend not buying) as an example of what one might get when calling. Many CEO's will give you their time, not try to sell you and just be honest (if this happens I'd probably buy).

But to as a rule never call a CEO I completely disagree with. One does not have to buy because a CEO sounds good or bad. But if I'm buying a car I see no harm in talking to the original owner ... it's still up to me to buy or not.

Point being .. There's no harm in talking, say something good or bad to me ... it's up to me how I take it. There's nothing to loose by calling a CEO.

Will a CEO or IR make or break your investment ... NO, only oneself will do that.

I am certain that by now you have read my post #32872? I believe that post might clarify my position on these issues. My biggest concern is what can we do about it? We keep getting blindsided, which leaves us no place else to go. Maybe we should cease with the phone calls and submit a formal written request for factual information addressed to the President of the DR and see what results we get from that direction?

It is my very humble opinion that we will not get any satisfactory answers to any of our questions until we get the official word, hopefully some time this decade. Keep going, you just might stumble onto something that sticks.

I do believe that the 30 page document does exist and was submitted to the DR for consideration. I also believe that the DR is considering it. I hope it was submitted in their native language otherwise they may be having the same problem with our document that we had with their letter of acceptance.

As to the million in escrow - who knows what that is/was or where it is now of if it ever really existed? That just might be a mood point at this time.

The fight is hoping to sell 25K tickets. This card is scheduled to be the biggest attraction in fight promotion the DR has ever seen. The Capital city has a population of slightly over 2M and we are looking to attract .0125% of that number and that's without considering folks coming from outside the DR plus the surrounding areas. I don't think they will have a problem filling the available seats. I would think the fight will be sold out within hours once they are put on sale. I don't think the price will be any concern either. Seating might be a problem however. I would like to see a proposed seating design.

You are absolutely correct, stock prices go up and down based on what people are willing to buy and sell for. The company must provide the engine that generates interest in becoming an investor in order for the stock be in demand and that comes from the assets of the company and its ability to generate revenue. Two things we have yet to provide.

Have a great day. Keep digging you just might find gold yet. PB
