It is possible to be overinvested in a stock where it would be impossible for a large shareholder to cash out without a lot of willing buyers as to not collapse share price. Many have threatened to liquidate lately but have not due to either simple grandstanding or not enough people willing to buy their shares.

It is a little too late at this point to formulate an investment strategy for CGAQ. Holding a stock forever or worse buying more to average down is a guaranteed way never to make any money. Once a person falls in love with a company they can kiss their $$$ goodbye because one can never sell anything they love.
