Yes hopefully it does, but we have to wait for FINRA. As soon as it happens we'll all know at the same time. It may come sooner, it may come later. I would think sooner than later since it's just awaiting approval. Everything seems in order for it to clear. Patience ... will be rewarded!
I understand what your saying on the credabilty issue however your quote of what the CEO stated in the PR is a little off.
"expect to receive a letter from FINRA informing us that they have approved the symbol and name change"
This does not necessarily mean that the name change would happen this week. IMO they are just looking for confirmation of approval which in itself would be great news.
