If all trades are reversed it's like those two weeks never happened with GVRP...BUT they did happen and as we've been seeing there have been far reaching ummmm 'complications'stemming from both the buys and sells, both weeks.
PLUS as Coulson points out, it was ""clearly erroneous" trading" AND "that some broker-dealer failed to determine whether its customer was permitted to sell this stock, or even had stock to sell, disregarding the "know your customer" rules."
Maybe we'll actually see some changes made in regulatory procedures, I think we have to.
