Interesting post! I like the idea of A-Sure being in the hands of serious, experienced, competent and well trained business people, such as Rollins. (as wiv first mentioned that name)
I also like the idea of partial cash buyout, and also holding new shares so one can continue the journey and see where this tech go`s 3-6 years from now.
I also agree that this bed bug application could very well help mzei pick up speed to the finish line. As you say, immediate results come in the form of dead bugs that can be SEEN with the naked eye!$$$ I think the gears will turn fairly quickly in the "big bug department" I think the hospital application will arrive eventually, with slower moving gears.
I have an idea Purdue is also nuking roaches etc. Many east coast restaurants have roach issues.$,I like the idea of no toxic pesticides in the kitchen.

Bigmoon, interesting ideas. Let me throw one more in. In the instance that a F500 company doesn't have the present business interest in one of the AsepticSure applications, as discussed before, they could acquire that capacity. Alternatively, they could buy all of MZEI and then spin-off those aspects of the technology they don't believe to be a good fit. In this regard, the F500 company could still 'control' the distribution/utilization and potential cross-distribution/utilization problems associated with peicemeal sale of the technologies to different parties. If this is the view, the F500 companies may become more interested in 'circling back' to MZEI sooner rather than later, even if their primary interest is in the medical application, which seems to be more distant in readiness than other applicaitons.
