In the instance that a F500 company doesn't have the present business interest in one of the AsepticSure applications, as discussed before, they could acquire that capacity. Alternatively, they could buy all of MZEI and then spin-off those aspects of the technology they don't believe to be a good fit. In this regard, the F500 company could still 'control' the distribution/utilization and potential cross-distribution/utilization problems associated with peicemeal sale of the technologies to different parties. If this is the view, the F500 companies may become more interested in 'circling back' to MZEI sooner rather than later, even if their primary interest is in the medical application, which seems to be more distant in readiness than other applicaitons.
