WIV, I agree with you completely. Any area could be spun off by the potential acquirer while still maintaining control of the distribution of the technology. The technology has so many potential applications and offers so much licensing potential for any future acquirer.

Ed & team also made a smart move by adding a unique barcode on the run-in kits to be scanned on the AsepticSure unit to ensure the recurring revenues and stop any possible 3rd party market for the hydrogen peroxide mixture even though the formulation is proprietary. The potential of a constant and expanding recurring revenue stream will surely catch the eyes of any potential acquirer.
