In my opinion you should read the rest of the conversation. My argument is if the "bad" of the previous management is irrelevant to the current company, then the "good" of the previous management should be irrelevant to the current company as well...can't have it both ways.
Oh, and thanks for telling me to "get out", you've never said that to anyone who disagrees with your opinion. When I do "get out" you will be the first to know.
