In my opinion, your opinion is wrong. Completely unfounded, actually. The new company, while they are getting their ducks in a row, seems to be dotting the I(s) and crossing the T(s). It's almost as if you've tied your wagon completely to the hourly PPS. Not very smart investing. Better move is just to get out, if that's the case.
