Considering that no 3G trigger has been licensed, NOK has ZERO reason to negotiate 3G rates... especially with 3G patent litigation pending.

So. . . . Do you believe IDCC will immediately announce the results of an award, if they get the first salvo from the ICC on or before June 30?

I'd hate to think Nokia might follow-up such an annoucement with a challenge, between July and August.

We have been hearing this statement from you many many times.

The only difference is that the time keeps changing from March to May and now to June.

Nokia and IDCC will settle with 2G and 3G prior to June 30

When the final award is announced instead of settlement, will you say "I'm so wrong about this..."
