Jimlur this same thing happened to another company, can't remember which one, but a poster here detailed it, they extended the drop dead date and then like 10 days later the award was announced, maybe you can find the post, thanks

IMO:Nokia and IDCC will settle with 2G and 3G prior to June 30..Day traders will pick up lunch monies..Option Players will suffer..L.T. Stockholders will PROSPER!

Considering the amount of monies involved..I would think that both Parties need an official Final Judgement, to use as a settlement template..to satisfy all their concerned stockholders..

To all , I just spoke with Janet too. Like the release she stated they expect the final award around 06/30 and the new drop dead date is 08/31.

Since they missed the first drop dead date of 05/31 IMO I think they will put this thing to rest on or before 06/30 and go on vacation.
