OT: GE_Jim - I understand technology much better than market dynamics. I know you can never time buys and sells at the peaks but what guidance do you suggest for determining over bought and over sold conditions? I realize this is only guidance based on TA and decisions should be based on an individuals circumstances but would appreciate any insight. Over the past couple of years I have bought on dips so have made some correct decisions but of course have also bought too early. Can anyone really predict over bought and over sold conditions? I am skeptical.
