exactly! I believe they had an agreement in principal a few weeks ago,and thus the communication every 2-3 days as has been documented. I am sure Paul will end up cancelling some of the shares as well. Right now with 2 years down the drain,and absolutely no money made by anyone here,it finally appears we are making progress,and moving in the right direction. Sam is in the "catbirds" seat,and he should be.Paul should have never tried to dilute Sam in the first place,and we probably wouldn't be where we are right now.I am just wondering what all else has been put on hold over the last 2 years? Things which have been tossed about ad nauseum. KFDA? manufacturing? Sales Contracts? and many other things.Like I have heard before- "hit the ground running".
Maybe a sprint would be more like it once this is settled!
