That is the impression I got. Sam has to ask for his motion to be rescinded. Then Paul has to ask to cancel the BK. Then they have to present a mediation agreement to the Chauncery court (or something).

Ya Ya Ya Ya.... I believe this is what's happening. As soon as the BK is dropped they more than likely put out a PR. That would be the time frame in order to finalize the APR. This is all coming together for a early September PR before the court date for the BK.

It is SOOOOO clear to me, that Sam would NOT Rescind his Motion UNLESS the Addendum to the APA was ALREADY COMPOSED & SIGNED by BOTH PARTIES... They is NO WAY Sam would move Forward and allow Paul an Opportunity to Continue wh the BK, THERE IS NOOOO WAY!!!

He was Duped by Paul once, I don't believe he would put himself in a Position to be at RISK, of Losing his Patents, if All the I's & All the T's were Not already done (ie: Addendum to APA, is already SIGNED!!!)

Don't forget the Rumors from the past weeks, there is some Validity/Substance to the Great Work Chalmers has done in Communicating with Nadine & Nadine being as Forthrite as possible. Guys it's NOT about getting the Date Right, as much as it is getting the Info Right & I believe She did!!!...
