There is no reason to believe you know anything about insurance or underwriting issues or rating or ranking the liabilities involved.

The truth is it is much easier for underwriters to price the premiums when they know the risks. AND, they do know the risks and they do price the premiums appropriately.

There is no reason to believe that you know anything about mining companies or their operations other than what you might find in a textbook or Google search.

I am not going to speak for the company but the next time you are talking with the people who have threatened to stop the mine you can tell them for me that they are in for the fight of their lives.

In fact the blatant statement that their intent is to block the mine by any means can and will be considered malicious and possibly carry some personal liability. To the extent that they reject reasonable proven scientific mitigation solutions will further subject them to prosecution and the potential for damages.

We have been through this for many years in California. Today, you hardly ever hear of lawsuits to solve environmental issues. We know Montana is behind the curve but the citizens have started to revolt against the polarized environmentalists and that movement is growing.

Please link to the statement from the "connected environmental group".

I read a lot of editorials posted from Joes off the street from the missoula online that the crusher dug up. Those didn't really blow my hair back.

I've been enjoyed reading your posts. They go in depth about such a wide range of material that one might think we are having the company of a miner lawyer insurance supergenius here pointing out the problems. Thanks a lot for your work.

Mining is inherently a dangerous business because miners get injured and killed. A mining company has to carry medical and life insurance on its employees. I'm sure that the insurance isn't cheap. The company would also have to post a reclamation bond and plan.
I think that you have exaggerated the size of the cost for DGRI.
