I did not say that it was you who said that Gary set INOL up to fail. Slojab made that statement in one of his posts.
Because of what you have posted, I also know that you are concerned about what university is involved with Gary in research associated with INOL. My purpose in life is not to prove you wrong, but you need to do some more research. Even public university professionals do not - often can not - disclose what research is being done on their facilities.
