Anything is mere speculation unless you have a direct link to one of the directors or you find something on the court case etc. Any interpretation is just that hearsay. Just like some of my posts, speculation. To me passed means it may or may not have been heard. The agreement category means something was agreed on, doesn't mean agreed on witness list or settlement agreement. I don't think anyone knows unless they've talked to Markle.
