We now have an OFFICIAL site that can be used to relay information to shareholders. I think at this point, information related to the hearing could easily be posted, unless there is some type of settlement agreement being signed, which would probably require a degree of confidentiality until such agreement was completed and signed by all parties. If the agreement was to continue with allowing witnesses or such, I don't see a problem with disclosing that information to the shareholders. I'd rather see a PR saying all litigation was settled and Tmob settled for $200 million, but I can live with something about what happened at the hearing. This would take very little time for the CEO.
