Personally, I hope the 2 Million shares given to Hotzone are worth $60 Million on the open market....don't you? Makes no diference to GTE what the open market price is. If Hotzone performs, they get 2 Million shares. If Hotzone performs really, really good, the shares will be worth more.

That's the way I see it.

If the shares were all provided today would they not be worth the same amount in three years? GTE was controlling the O/S by breaking into three pieces. I also think that the three pieces are to be earned separately. Either you trust Mr. Huff or you don't, CEO's run their company that is their charter.
