While I understand this part of the PR...

"The acquisition calls for 666,667 GlobeTel common shares to be paid annually for three years after completing certain milestones and an unspecified amount of cash."

I have to admit I find it odd and scary.
Odd because it means we have no idea what we will actually be paying for the Hotzone company because there is no telling what the SP will be when the next 2 year payments are made.

Scary, because of the "unspecified amount of cash". Talk about a gray PR? As share holder, I personally would like to have some clue as to what Hotzone is worth and what we are paying for it because without it, I don't know if this is good news or bad news IMO.
