In the original draft the oil was coming from the government of Sudan through their oil company Sudapet Company Limited and it was Blue Nile Light
In the final draft the oil was coming from Saudi Aramco Oil Company and it was Saudi Light Crude Oil.
Even though PGIE changed the original draft from Blue Nile to Saudi Light they forgot to change a few parts in the new agreement:

Now one of the oddest parts is the difference in Signatures
In the original draft from May Ernest Graeme Gill signed his name like this:
But in the July final draft the signatures look like this:
The final document is oddly absent of any stamps from Intertorco Europe or Intertorco USA LLC
The 2nd part of the original document contains some interesting documents towards the end that suggests that Intertorco Europe has a memorandum of understanding with the Sudan Ministry for some future projects, but I see no circles checked for any current ownership in Sudan of any kind:
