PGIE - compare the original drafts with the final draft:

Original oil deals with Intertorco, USA, LLC from May 19, 2011

Final Draft from July 17, 2011:

The original draft supplies us with some information which was left off of the final draft.

Like:

The heading that says:

Pending State Department Approval (OFAC) before sales

The CEO of Intertorco, USA LLC = Ernest Graeme Gill

Even though Intertorco, USA LLC is a defaulted NV SOS entity that has never had any officers assigned to it:

In the original draft the oil was coming from the government of Sudan through their oil company Sudapet Company Limited and it was Blue Nile Light

In the final draft the oil was coming from Saudi Aramco Oil Company and it was Saudi Light Crude Oil.

Even though PGIE changed the original draft from Blue Nile to Saudi Light they forgot to change a few parts in the new agreement:

On page 4:

On page 9 (which they scratched off on the latest draft uploaded to the PGIE website):

Now one of the oddest parts is the difference in Signatures

In the original draft from May Ernest Graeme Gill signed his name like this:

But in the July final draft the signatures look like this:

The final document is oddly absent of any stamps from Intertorco Europe or Intertorco USA LLC

The 2nd part of the original document contains some interesting documents towards the end that suggests that Intertorco Europe has a memorandum of understanding with the Sudan Ministry for some future projects, but I see no circles checked for any current ownership in Sudan of any kind:

In the final agreement where is the necessary documentation from Saudi Aramco?

--------

Now why would they want to leave off part of Ernest Graeme Gill's name in the final draft?

The person seems like a ghost unless that is an alternative spelling to his real name.
