#3732 RE: Forensicist #3726

Yes, I've spent a lot of time this weekend on that site.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure that the 1987 cases are a different company with the same name, but coincidentally in Florida. A corporate name search on the state of Florida database www.sunbiz.org shows several companies over the years with same or similar name. There was one in south FL with the same name from 1965 - 1995 http://sunbiz.org/scripts/cordet.exe?action=DETFIL&inq_doc_number=299369&inq_came_from=NAMFWD&cor_web_names_seq_number=0003&names_name_ind=N&names_cor_number=&names_name_seq=&names_name_ind=&names_comp_name=AMERICANCOMMUNITY&names_filing_type= but with different people

but..., there is a 2008 breach of contract case from 2008 where the first incarnation of the company http://sunbiz.org/pdf/40970374.pdf is a defendant and both Folger and John Lux are named. Apparently, the plaintiff, won a lien against them http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/1150003C.pdf

Additional parties named as defendants included John Lux's company Exceptional Contracting and another Folger company at the time - Bridgewater Consulting, now inactive http://sunbiz.org/pdf/60846536.pdf

The company as it is now was formed in 2010 http://sunbiz.org/pdf/68074248.pdf
