From what i saw on Access5 site NASA is in charge of FAA. NASA was on top of where FAA was under NASA. Rocky isn't that the case ?

NASA is the SPONSOR for ACCESS 5. While the FAA is not a formal member of ACCESS 5, they will be ultimately responsible for implementing the guidelines set forth by recommendations made from ACCESS 5, UNITE and others...

Remember ACCESS 5, UNITE and others are established for the commercial aspect of the airship in the stratosphere and have nothing to do with the testing at all.

I also had about 1/2 hour conversation with Bob Jones at the AMEX reception (and a separate 20 minutes with Tim)...and Bob did tell me also that there would not be an approval problem with the FAA. I have invested in GTE, and I have faith in what Tim and Bob do, and say, to us. If you can't believe in what senior management says, than perhaps one should invest in other companies where it might be easier for them to believe in what they hear, like Disney.

I swear, some people worry more than an yentl...LOL.

IMO, we are in for a very good week...then again I thought Giacomo had no chance in the Kentucky Derby!
