is it remotely possible, LG that whenever JMW blessed the horrible GSA with F & R, she knew that we had ground to cover?? Was she giving us a BIG HINT? the more i am in this bk, the more that I am appreciating JMW for some reason. maybe it is fatigue on my part.

I know that when we got pushed in to January 2011 that time would help not hinder.

I'm glad you brought up that filing. Note that Rosincrime's statement is untrue. The court did not say Aug 10th. I heard what the court said and it said Aug 3rd.

He is wrote that filing as though the court said Aug 3rd.

He could have easily said that the court changed what it had said but instead he wrote it with a blatant misstatement.

ANICO case development clearly puts JP Morgan Chase and the FDIC on notice - WE ARE COMING FOR YOU because we can.

Killinger pulled out of his "deal",

The recent outcome of the Anna Nicole Smith estate case,

The fact that the valuation documents most crucial to our case
were allowed to be submitted to the court in the last few minutes
of the confirmation hearing 2 weeks ago.
