Andrew resigned and Mr. Martel said no?

His decision not to accept Andrews resignation, though some may not agree with, must be based on facts that we are not aware of.

Is that what you are saying?

I also thought at one time pinksheets.com did have Robert listed as a VP. Could be wrong though.

Thanks Belize. Good to hear from you. Interesting Andrew submitted his resignation but was denied by Martel. As you pointed out, there must be something there we all know nothing about. What I do like is the fact that Andrew did submit his resignation. It at least shows some integrity on his part and it shows that the company is not in cahoots with him on this allegation.

When I read those financials listed I understood they were being served to get info of trading history and/or to freeze holdings in involved equities within accounts of named individuals and companies.

So Robert did not speak to the controversy, aka AMF ?

Richard turned down Andrew's resignation : much speculation on the board over Andrew's annual contract renewal, somewhere around now to a month ago. Any knowledge here ?

So if Richard Martel was selected by Barry Somervail, and the announcing PR had Somervail saying he was going to remain involved in Wanderport, what happened to that involvement ? And what about Sovervail's apparent involvement with Cortelazzi ?

There are many issues with the origination of this company, and especially what residue of that birthing remains to possibly taint its future.
