Your right on February 4th, 2010 Robert Simoneau was listed as Advisor, VP, Tech for the Wanderport Corp. However that is not and has never been the case. Robert has only been a license'e, and he does not advise the company regarding business operations, only in regard to the water heater and its progress. It appears that the AMF should verify their information before going to court with it as they have done. It throws a shadow on their investagative ability wouldn't you think.
