"I have spoken with Mr. Barakett’s legal counsel in Quebec, Canada. He stated that the
order is preliminary and entered “ex parte,” which means none of the accused parties
were present. He stated that he has since appeared on behalf of Mr. Barakett and a
hearing will be held in the foreseeable future wherein Mr. Barakett will challenge the
allegations made against him."
