The current order prohibits Mr. Barakett and others from trading in the Company’s stock.
Pending Mr. Barakett’s appeal as aforesaid, I am reminded that according to information
supplied by the Company, Mr. Barakett is an independent consultant and is not and was
not part of Company management. I am informed that Company management believes
that the performance in the “instant hot water” market by its product line will ultimately
determine the common share value in the coming months and beyond, which is as it
should be. To the degree that market manipulation can be proven in relation to Company
stock and the order is finalized, the Company also believes that it is highly unlikely that
any such manipulation from those accused to date will occur in the future.
