I am hoping she can pull in someone who wants a Nasdaq listing, and commands a nice share price without another R/S.

I got my shares cheap, but that 1/100 was painful.

I suppose she could do a Reg D, and get a temporary pink quote while she waits for a big partner. That would be another route, but the SEC filings tend to indicate a Nasdaq path of intention.

Sarbanes-Oxley is just too expensive for a small cap, IMHO.
