Allowing the IR guy to sell based on insider info? That legal? Can he buy if he is an insider without reporting it? Isn't that what scam penny stocks do? IMO it does detract from the company - they are retaining him as IR while he is being investigated by AMF.
In my opinion they could have at least said he is on leave and pending further investigation, we will let you know the outcome.
Does not detract from the technology - I agree there.
